Norina Affiza Binti Ismail was born in Kuala Lumpur and attended the Sultan Ibrahim Girls' School (SIGS) in Johor Bahru. She holds a Mastery in Arts and Technology Perfumery from Perfumers World in Thailand.

Her exceptional talent for creating unique scents and her artistic skills have propelled her into the perfumery and aroma chemicals industries.

She has contributed as a beauty writer for Majalah WW and served as an editor for Hello Datin. She has also made appearances on talk shows such as NTV, NONA TV3, and has been featured in magazines and local newspapers.

Involved in the NGO, Peniagawati under the leadership of President Dato' Azlin Binti Ahmad Shaharbi, she brings more than 15-years of experience in public relations, both locally and internationally.
