Dato' Azlin Binti Ahmad Shaharbi

Dato' Azlin Binti Ahmad Shaharbi received her early education at Convent Bukit Nanas (CBN) in Kuala Lumpur at completed her A-levels at Simon Langton Girls' School in Cantebury, England.

She earned her law degree from the University of Kent at Cantebury in 1986 and went on to complete her barrister-at-law qualification at the Council of Legal Education, London.

She is a member of the Inner Temple in London, and was called to the English Bar in November of 1987 and the Malaysian Bar in November of 1988.

With over 35-years of experience in the legal profession, Dato' Azlin is a senior legal counsel who has provided expert legal services and advise to a wide range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, corporations, multinational companies, property developers, and statutory bodies.

She is also the author of the book "Undang-Undang Untuk Usahawan" and has been appointed to several prominent roles, including as a member of the SME Expert Advisory Panel for SME Corp Malaysia, a member of the National Higher Education Entrepreneurship Council (MKPTN) by the Minister of Education, and as a member of the National Employment Council (Majlis Pekerjaan Negara) by the Prime Minister of Mlaysia.

Additionally, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Binary University of Management and Entrepreneurship and holds the honorary title of Assistant Commissioner in the Malaysian Civil Defense Force (Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia)
